I'm having fun writing chapter 8 so far. had a little difficulty with the big fight scene. I was holding up the action with too much description so I resolved this by giving the description before the fight begins. this way the fight is fast paced with short sentences that are straight to the point of what is happening in the fight.
Also I'm not going to over describe things in the fight... the readers as a whole aren't stupid, you all know what a punch is like.
I got to feel sorry for Colin. :(
He got created for a novel and he is being mistreated in life... he is going to pop up more through the book and it isn't going to get better for him.
